The main objective of the research is to compare the effectiveness of the use of a) audio-haptic pictures, b) tactile pictures, and c) verbal descriptions, in the perception of images and the formation of sufficient cognitive / mental pictures of typical / original (those who one sees with his eyes) images. Effectiveness will be evaluated using a variety of measurable indicators, using appropriate scenarios. The main goal of the research is to develop specifications and standards for audio-haptic pictures, tactile pictures, and verbal descriptions, which will greatly help manufacturers of accessible material. Today, there is a large gap in this field internationally and there is a lack of relevant research.
