Konstantinos Papadopoulos

Konstantinos Papadopoulos is currently a Professor in “education of individuals with visual impairments” in the University of Macedonia. Prof. Papadopoulos is the author or the co-author of over 70 papers published in peer-reviewed journals and book series concerning education and rehabilitation of visually impaired. His current research interests directly related to the domain of the proposed project focused on a range of vital subjects of visual impairments, such as education and rehabilitation of individuals with visual impairments, social support, assistive technology, transition planning, orientation and mobility, and spatial skills. Prof. Papadopoulos and his research team have participated in 21 funded research projects and he was the project coordinator in 5 of them for the last 6 years.
